To access certain features (e.g., ABL Skool LMS, Kr8ivity League, ABL Kart), you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. 

  • ABL Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if there is any suspected misuse. 

 

3. Product Purchase & Delivery (ABL Kart) 

  • All product prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned. 

  • Payment must be completed before shipping. 

  • Products are shipped through trusted logistics partners and typically delivered within (Mention Days) business days. 

  • In case of delays or stock issues, customers will be notified via email/SMS. 

  • For bulk school orders, separate terms may apply. 

 

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations 

  • DIY Kits and learning products can be returned within (Mention Days) of delivery in unused condition. 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within (Mention Days) working days. 

  • No refunds are issued for digital content, demo sessions, or downloaded resources. 

  • Please refer to the Return Policy page for detailed conditions. 

 

5. Educational Programs & Events (Kr8ivity League, ABL Skool) 

  • Participation in workshops, competitions, or training is subject to registration and payment (where applicable). 

  • Event dates are subject to change prior to notice. 

  • Submitting entries or projects for Kr8ivity League implies consent to use content (photos, ideas, outcomes) for marketing and promotional purposes with proper attribution. 

 

6. User Content & Submissions 

Any content you share with us (feedback, testimonials, project photos, etc.) grants ABL Education a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish that content across our platforms, with or without prior notice.
